What Nitrus FPS is

Nitrus FPS is a Windows app that applies system, GPU and network tweaks aimed at improving gaming performance. Tweaks are reversible from within the app.

Your account

You need an account to use Pro features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens through your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

License to use

When you subscribe to or purchase Nitrus FPS, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on one computer at a time. The license is bound to your computer's hardware (HWID) at activation.

• You may not resell, share or sublicense your activation key;
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app;
• We detect reactivation across many different computers and may suspend licenses used outside expected patterns.

Plans and billing

We offer Monthly, Half-Yearly, Yearly and Lifetime plans. Recurring plans are billed automatically on the chosen cycle, through Stripe for card payments or Woovi for Pix Automatic, until you cancel. Prices shown at purchase apply for the full term of that plan; future price changes don't affect already-active subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges and keeps access available until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime, directly in the app or through support; Pro access stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no further charges.

If you're a consumer in Brazil and purchased through the website, you have the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days of purchase, per article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, with a full refund. After that period, refunds are reviewed case by case by support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nitrus FPS for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to circumvent game anti-cheat systems for the purpose of cheating. The tweaks applied change settings within Windows itself and your GPU driver; no system optimization can guarantee full immunity from bans issued by third parties (game developers, anti-cheat platforms).

Disclaimer of warranties

Nitrus FPS is provided "as is". We do our best to make the optimizations work well across configurations, but performance results vary by hardware, games and each user's environment. We don't guarantee a specific FPS gain.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitrus FPS is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or incompatibility with third-party software. We recommend keeping system backups before applying significant changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, notifying you whenever possible. You can close your account at any time through support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, with the updated date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The consumer's home jurisdiction applies to any disputes, per Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
